Trading & Operations Team

Mr. Christiansen is an Equity Trader with Sawgrass. His experience includes working on Wall Street as an equity option and futures sales trader and has traded equities on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Sawgrass, he worked extensively with the City of Gainesville General Employees’ Pension Plan and the Consolidated Police Officers’ and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan regarding manager searches, due diligence and strategic planning.

His educational accomplishments include graduating Magna Cum Laude from Duke University, a M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was in the top 5% of his class, an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute, and a Series 65 License.

Ms. December is the Manager of Investment Operations for Sawgrass, responsible for the daily management of the Operations department, trade and custodian reconciliations, and acts as a liaison between broker/dealers on settlement issues. She is also responsible for the production of fee invoices, monthly/quarterly client reporting and the development of operational processes and procedures. Prior to Sawgrass, she spent nine years with Barnett Trust Company, serving as Supervisor of Security Settlements and two years with Wachovia Bank, N.A., as a Trust Advisor and Portfolio Manager.

Her educational accomplishments include an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville, as well as extensive education through the American Bankers Association, The College of Financial Planning, Cannon Financial Institute, Accredited Asset Management Specialist Certification, Florida Trust School, and Levels 1 & 2 of the CTFA.

Ms. Wienckowski is a Data Management team member at Sawgrass, responsible for system conversions, data accuracy, and information requests throughout Sawgrass. Ms. Wienckowski joined the Sawgrass team in December 2021.

Before Sawgrass, she spent several years at Deutsche Bank and was part of the Issuing and Paying Agency Team for Short Term/Long Term Securities. She was responsible for system updates and daily reconciliation.

Her educational accomplishments include a B.A. from the University of North Florida in Finance. Jamie was also part of the Collegiate Volleyball Team at University of North Florida.
