Brian Monroe

Start of Sawgrass Career: 1998

Mr. Monroe is a Principal of Sawgrass and directs the firm’s marketing, client service and new business efforts. He serves on several of the firm’s committees, including management and strategic planning.

Prior to Sawgrass, he spent four years at Barnett Capital Advisors, Inc., directly responsible for all national market sales, new business development, and developing and serving client and consultant relationships in the Florida and national marketplace. He also spent five years working at SEI Capital Resources in their New York City office, serving as Primary Consultant to institutional plan sponsors in the corporate endowment, foundation, Taft-Hartley and hospital industries.

His educational accomplishments include a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Providence College and a Series 65 License. He is the co-founder of the Jacksonville-based charity, Serving Up A Cure, which facilitates research for two local cancer organizations. He has also been a committee member for the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) for the past 20 years.

Gregg Gosch

Institutional Client Service
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2007

Mr. Gosch is a Client Service professional at Sawgrass, responsible for a select group of clients providing quarterly investment reviews, market insights and trustee/board education issues. Prior to Sawgrass, he spent 13 years with such firms as Comsys, Inc., MPS Group and Allegis Group as Managing Director responsible for client relationship operations with such clients as Merrill Lynch, State Farm Insurance, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity National Financial, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC.

His educational accomplishments include a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University, a Series 65 License and an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Gary Miller

Senior Institutional Sales
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2021

Mr. Miller is a Senior Institutional Sales professional. He is responsible for new business development at the firm. Mr, Miller joined the Sawgrass team in June, 2021.

Prior to Sawgrass he spent 5 years at Great West Investments responsible for new business development in the Government and Corporate Institutional segments.

Mr. Miller also spent 18 Years at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Mass. At Fidelity, he was responsible for new business development and client servicing working with government, police and fire and corporate entities.

His educational accomplishments include a B.A. from Northeastern University as well as previously holding Series 6, 7 and 63 Licenses. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Bartlett College of Science and Mathematics (BCoSM) Advisory Council at Bridgewater State University.

Lori Bayler, CPPT

Sales Enablement Manager
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2003

Ms. Bayler is Sales Enablement Manager at Sawgrass, responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and client service efforts, including the firm’s marketing materials, presentations, responses to request for proposals and consultant questionnaires, and database maintenance.

Her educational accomplishments include graduating Summa Cum Laude and with Baccalaureate Honors with a B.B.A. in Marketing & Management from the University of North Florida.
