Brian Monroe

Mr. Monroe is a Principal of Sawgrass and directs the firm’s marketing, client service and new business efforts. He serves on several of the firm’s committees, including management and strategic planning.

Prior to Sawgrass, he spent four years at Barnett Capital Advisors, Inc., directly responsible for all national market sales, new business development, and developing and serving client and consultant relationships in the Florida and national marketplace. He also spent five years working at SEI Capital Resources in their New York City office, serving as Primary Consultant to institutional plan sponsors in the corporate endowment, foundation, Taft-Hartley and hospital industries.

His educational accomplishments include a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Providence College and a Series 65 License. He is the co-founder of the Jacksonville-based charity, Serving Up A Cure, which facilitates research for two local cancer organizations. He has also been a committee member for the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) for the past 20 years.

Adam Craig, CFA

Head of Institutional Business Development and Consultant Relations

Adam Craig, CFA, is Head of Institutional Business Development and Consultant Relations at Sawgrass Asset Management, where he leads institutional distribution initiatives, consultant engagement, and strategic relationship development across the firm’s investment platform.

Adam brings more than 30 years of institutional investment industry experience spanning consultant relations, institutional business development, investment consulting, and client leadership across a broad range of traditional and alternative investment strategies. Prior to joining Sawgrass, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Consultant Relations at Intech Investments, where he led the firm’s global consultant relations efforts and managed relationships with major investment consulting firms, OCIO providers, and institutional platforms worldwide.

Previously, Adam held senior consultant relations and business development roles with Analytic Investors and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, overseeing consultant engagement initiatives and institutional platform development for large-scale investment organizations. Earlier in his career, he spent more than six years with Mercer, advising corporate, public, and endowment clients on investment strategy, manager selection, and asset allocation. He began his career with WTW (formerly Watson Wyatt Worldwide) in actuarial and investment consulting roles.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is also active in the investment community as co-founder of the Boston Investment Professionals Association and volunteers regularly with Cradles to Crayons.

Lori Bayler, CPPT

Director of Institutional Client Relations
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2003

Lori Bayler is Director of Institutional Client Relations at Sawgrass Asset Management, where she brings more than 23 years of experience and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional institutional client experience. In her role, she leads institutional client engagement, overseeing relationship management and communications in close partnership with investment management, marketing, and operations.

Lori previously served as Sales Enablement Manager, supporting client and consultant communications, due diligence, reporting, and marketing initiatives. She holds a Series 65 license and is a Certified Public Pension Trustee (CPPT) through the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association, where she is an active participant in educational conferences.

Tracy Lebanoff

Client Management Associate
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2026

Tracy Lebanoff is a Client Management Associate at Sawgrass, where she supports the firm’s business development, client relationship management, and investment operations teams.

Prior to joining Sawgrass, Tracy served as a Business Systems Analyst with the City of Jacksonville’s Information Technology Department. In that role, she partnered with city departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement automation initiatives.

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Science, with a minor in Business Management, from the University of North Florida. She is certified in Lean process methodology and has also earned a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of North Florida.

Sarah Jellyman

Office Manager

Ms. Jellyman is the Office Manager at Sawgrass, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record supporting executive leadership. She excels in streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and managing office logistics. She is dedicated to fostering a productive workplace, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to drive the firm’s success.

Before joining Sawgrass, she was the executive assistant for C-Suite executives at a non-profit organization.

In her personal time, Sarah enjoys exploring the world through travel and photography and supporting Tottenham Hotspur alongside her husband, Tim, and their dog, Luka.
