Tim Christiansen

Mr. Christiansen is an Equity Trader with Sawgrass. His experience includes working on Wall Street as an equity option and futures sales trader and has traded equities on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Sawgrass, he worked extensively with the City of Gainesville General Employees’ Pension Plan and the Consolidated Police Officers’ and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan regarding manager searches, due diligence and strategic planning.

His educational accomplishments include graduating Magna Cum Laude from Duke University, a M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was in the top 5% of his class, an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute, and a Series 65 License.

Manager of Investment Operations
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2002

Ms. December is the Manager of Investment Operations for Sawgrass, responsible for the daily management of the Operations department, trade and custodian reconciliations, and acts as a liaison between broker/dealers on settlement issues. She is also responsible for the production of fee invoices, monthly/quarterly client reporting and the development of operational processes and procedures. Prior to Sawgrass, she spent nine years with Barnett Trust Company, serving as Supervisor of Security Settlements and two years with Wachovia Bank, N.A., as a Trust Advisor and Portfolio Manager.

Her educational accomplishments include an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville, as well as extensive education through the American Bankers Association, The College of Financial Planning, Cannon Financial Institute, Accredited Asset Management Specialist Certification, Florida Trust School, and Levels 1 & 2 of the CTFA.

Cathryn Rice

Investment Operations
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2011

Ms. Rice is an Investment Operations specialist for Sawgrass, responsible for trade and custodian reconciliations, and acting as a liaison between broker/dealers on any settlement issues. Prior to joining Sawgrass, she spent six years with such firms as Khaner Capital Management and State Street Bank.

Her educational accomplishments include graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in International Studies from Stonehill College and an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Nick Petriello

Investment Operations
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2014

Mr. Petriello is an Investment Operations specialist for Sawgrass, responsible for trade and custodian reconciliations, and acting as a liaison between broker/dealers on any settlement issues.

Prior to Sawgrass, he spent six years as a Senior Operations Analyst at such firms as Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

His educational accomplishments include graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management from Stony Brook University, an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida, and an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute. He has also passed Level I of the CFA examination and is a Level II candidate.

Samantha Dresner

Executive Office Administrator
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2015

Ms. Dresner is the Executive Office Administrator at Sawgrass, serving as a liaison for human resources, employee benefits and compliance, in addition to being responsible for office support services.

Prior to Sawgrass, she spent the last 15 years at various companies in such roles as Office Manager, HR Coordinator, and Executive Assistant.

Her educational accomplishments include coursework toward an A.S. degree from Santa Fe Community College.
