Brian Monroe

Mr. Monroe is a Principal of Sawgrass and directs the firm’s marketing, client service and new business efforts. He serves on several of the firm’s committees, including management and strategic planning.

Prior to Sawgrass, he spent four years at Barnett Capital Advisors, Inc., directly responsible for all national market sales, new business development, and developing and serving client and consultant relationships in the Florida and national marketplace. He also spent five years working at SEI Capital Resources in their New York City office, serving as Primary Consultant to institutional plan sponsors in the corporate endowment, foundation, Taft-Hartley and hospital industries.

His educational accomplishments include a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Providence College and a Series 65 License. He is the co-founder of the Jacksonville-based charity, Serving Up A Cure, which facilitates research for two local cancer organizations. He has also been a committee member for the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) for the past 20 years.

Chris Greco

Partner, Institutional Marketing & Client Service

Mr. Greco is a Partner at Sawgrass, responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with state retirement plans, corporations, foundations, endowments, health care entities and their investment consultants across the United States. He serves on the firm’s strategic planning committee. Prior to Sawgrass, he spent nine years with firms such as Clover Capital Management as Vice President of Institutional Sales, and Fidelity Investments marketing institutional products to plan sponsors.

His educational accomplishments include a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Boston College, a Series 65 License and an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute. He currently serves as a committee member on several trustee education boards, such as the FPPTA and FGFOA.

Gregg Gosch

Institutional Client Service

Mr. Gosch is a Client Service professional at Sawgrass, responsible for a select group of clients providing quarterly investment reviews, market insights and trustee/board education issues. Prior to Sawgrass, he spent 13 years with such firms as Comsys, Inc., MPS Group and Allegis Group as Managing Director responsible for client relationship operations with such clients as Merrill Lynch, State Farm Insurance, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity National Financial, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC.

His educational accomplishments include a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University, a Series 65 License and an Investment Foundations Program Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Lori Bayler

Ms. Bayler is a Marketing & Client Service associate at Sawgrass, responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and client service efforts, including the firm’s marketing materials, presentations, responses to request for proposals and consultant questionnaires, and database maintenance.

Her educational accomplishments include graduating Summa Cum Laude and with Baccalaureate Honors with a B.B.A. in Marketing & Management from the University of North Florida.

Christina Green

Ms. Green is a Marketing & Client Service associate at Sawgrass, responsible for sales, marketing and client service efforts, including the firm’s marketing materials, presentations, responses to requests for proposals, email communications and website maintenance. Prior to joining Sawgrass, she spent nine years in such roles as business analyst and program manager.

Her educational accomplishments include graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Chatham University.

Chris Herb

Sales & Marketing Analyst
Start of Sawgrass Career: 2018

Mr. Herb is a Sales & Marketing Analyst at Sawgrass, responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and client service efforts, including content development, thought leadership, marketing materials, presentations, responses to request for proposals and consultant questionnaires.

Prior to Sawgrass, he spent five years at Deutsche Asset Management  and was directly responsible for content development and quality of marketing materials, such as requests for proposals, requests for information and due diligence questionnaires. He also spent sixteen years with firms such as Jennison Associates LLC, JP Morgan Chase and CIBC World Markets.

His educational accomplishments include a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University.
